Jiangmen Xingjiang Steering Gear Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993 and is located at No. 465 West Ring Road, Pengjiang District, Jiangmen City, Guangdong Province. It is a specialized high-tech enterprise that produces automotive power steering gear, a member of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, and a chairman unit of the Steering Gear Committee of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers. Covering an area of over 110000 square meters and a building area of 70000 square meters, the company has invested 150 million yuan and currently employs more than 400 people, including over 80 engineering and technical personnel. The annual designed production capacity is 300000 units.
Precision design and high-quality production
The product development adopts 3D computer-aided design, and advanced equipment such as the United States, Japan, the United Kingdom, and Italy is used for parts processing and product testing. We have established a comprehensive measurement and technology center, and internally achieve computer networking management. We have also imported an ERP management system. The GX, ZJ, DY, ZX, SF, and JZX series products produced by the company have been tested by the National Motor Vehicle Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and their technical indicators meet the requirements of QC/T529-2013 "Technical Conditions for Automotive Power Steering Gear Assemblies". Their main performance indicators such as reverse alternating load, pressure resistance, and forced steering meet international advanced standards, and have passed ISO/TS16949 quality management system, occupational health and safety management system, and product certification from the China Automotive Certification Center. We have been providing professional support for over 70 manufacturers of passenger cars, trucks, and engineering vehicles for 24 years.
